Time & attendance
Clock in from the app or through biometric clocks that connect with a key and send the punches on their own. Schedules with bands, rotation, tolerances and holidays, and every morning the system spots unjustified absences and opens a case to resolve them.
Leave
Requested, approved and on the record, with templates and multi-step approval flows per sector. Leave flows into attendance automatically and shows up on the team calendar.
Documents & payslips
Payslips and documents go out from the app, with e-signature, WhatsApp delivery and proof the person actually opened them. Signatures store a hash and the IP, so they hold up as evidence, and download links expire.
Comms & climate
Internal board and announcements with read receipts, plus climate surveys that are genuinely anonymous: one single-use link per person, and the answer doesn't store who it was.
Records & onboarding
A record for each person with self-service: employees edit their own data and HR approves the sensitive fields. Import your current spreadsheet and the historical data too: old punches, old leave, PDF files. Onboard new hires with templates.
Payroll inputs & closing
The period-closing screen: hours worked, lateness, absences, overtime and attendance bonus per employee. A closed period is frozen, and the export downloads the sheet your payroll system expects. Configurable reports and audit trail included.
